Hello Hawk,
First of all, I would like to say that I am very proud of each and every single one of you. Since I became your teacher in January, I have seen you all grow in so many ways.
You have worked so hard and been on such a journey, particularly over the past few months! Your dedication and commitment to your learning has been inspirational. I could not have wished for a more, caring, comical and lovely class. We have had many laughs together and I have enjoyed teaching you all.
Remember, when you are greeted with a challenge – persevere. Nothing worthwhile comes easy in life. You have to work hard for it. Challenge is good! Challenge is what makes us grow as individuals. If you put your mind to it, you can do it.
One last message from me. Remember, when you are at Secondary School: Do your best, be your best and I know you can achieve your best.
We hope to all get together next term (hopefully if circumstances allow us to) and say a proper good bye!
Lastly, thank you to all parents and carers for your support this year. It has been a pleasure to be a part of your child’s learning journey in Year 6.
Good luck everyone. Bye for now.
Miss Kumar
Hawks,
As you near the end of your time at primary school, I want to wish you every success for the future.
It is not the ending, I’m sure, that you imagined or would have wished for but despite the most recent difficult times, you have faced the challenges with determination and perseverance. Well done!
You have achieved so much this year and should feel very proud.
It’s been a privilege to support you and to be a small part of that learning journey.
As you embark on the next chapter remember, continuing to work hard will get you anywhere you want to see yourself in life.
Have a wonderful summer.
Wishing you lots of exciting and fun times in Secondary School.
Mrs W.
Hi guys, I wish you all every success in year 7. I loved being with you all in year 5 and was so lucky to be back with you on a Thursday in year 6. I have such lovely memories of you all. You were my first main class in selsdon primary. I will always remember MG and the amazing solo singing he did on a Thursday in music. JQ breaking a ruler in puffin class and getting sad so we hid the ruler, EK being a pocket rocket in pe. You are all so special and I am proud of all of you, thank you for being you -never change!
Take care
Miss Mercer
